A BIGGER PLAN

We are raising funds for a bowl at the Blake Doyle Community Park to honor the life of Jonah Phillips. “On September 2nd about 6 p.m., a bigger plan that anyone could ever imagine was set into motion. Jonah was involved in a terrible accident and his father did his best to stop it from happening. At 2:30 a.m., September 3rd, one of the brightest angels this world has ever seen was taken home to be with his Creator. Jonah was so brave and so tough and fought so hard for his life. He gave his parents a few more precious moments together.

MEET JONAH

Jonah Cannon Phillips was born on August 6, 2008 in St. Augustine, FL. We knew from the start he was an exceptionally wise and old soul. Jonah Bear was cherished by countless people and he left us all with unforgettable memories and lessons on unconditional, pure and simple love. His adventurous and infectious spirit filled the room. With his giant hugs and his “I’ll miss you’s”, he stole people’s hearts. He loved big, full and wide open during his short little life and he never met a stranger. We’ve lost our angel, his sister lost her best friend, and many others have lost a piece of themselves. Jonah will be missed immensely and nothing will ever fill the cavern in our hearts. Thank you all deeply; friends, family, and strangers for the out pour of prayers, love and support. We see how far this little boy’s spirit and love truly spread. Our Bear was taken too soon, but will stay in our broken hearts forever.” Kristen Phillips
